123：4我们被那些安逸人的讥诮，和骄傲人的藐视，已到极处。
Our soul is exceedingly filled with the scorning of those that are at ease； and with the contempt of the proud。

124：1（大卫上行之诗）以色列人要说，若不是耶和华帮助我们，
If it had not been the LORD who was on our side； now may Israel say；
124：2若不是耶和华帮助我们，当人起来攻击我们，
If it had not been the LORD who was on our side； when men rose up against us：
124：3向我们发怒的时候，就把我们活活地吞了。
Then they had swallowed us up quick； when their wrath was kindled against us：
124：4那时，波涛必漫过我们，河水必淹没我们。
Then the waters had overwhelmed us； the stream had gone over our soul：
124：5狂傲的水必淹没我们。
Then the proud waters had gone over our soul。
124：6耶和华是应当称颂的。他没有把我们当野食交给他们吞吃（原文作牙齿）。
Blessed be the LORD； who hath not given us as a prey to their teeth。
124：7我们好像雀鸟，从捕鸟人的网罗里逃脱。网罗破裂，我们逃脱了。
Our soul is escaped as a bird out of the snare of the fowlers： the snare is broken； and we are escaped。
124：8我们得帮助，是在乎倚靠造天地之耶和华的名。
Our help is in the name of the LORD； who made heaven and earth。

125：1（上行之诗）倚靠耶和华的人，好像锡安山，永不动摇。
They that trust in the LORD shall be as mount Zion； which cannot be removed； but abideth for ever。
125：2众山怎样围绕耶路撒冷，耶和华也照样围绕他的百姓，从今时直到永远。
As the mountains are round about Jerusalem； so the LORD is round about his people from henceforth even for ever。
125：3恶人的杖不常落在义人的分上，免得义人伸手作恶。
For the rod of the wicked shall not rest upon the lot of the righteous； lest the righteous put forth their hands unto iniquity。
125：4耶和华阿，求你善待那些为善，和心里正直的人。
Do good； O LORD； unto those that be good； and to them that are upright in their hearts。
125：5至于那偏行弯曲道路的人，耶和华必使他和作恶的人一同出去受刑。愿平安归于以色列。
As for such as turn aside unto their crooked ways； the LORD shall lead them forth with the workers of iniquity： but peace shall be upon Israel。

126：1（上行之诗）当耶和华将那些被掳的带回锡安的时候，我们好像做梦的人。
When the LORD turned again the captivity of Zion； we were like them that dream。
126：2我们满口喜笑，满舌欢呼的时候，外邦中就有人说，耶和华为他们行了大事。
Then was our mouth filled with laughter； and our tongue with singing： then said they among the heathen； The LORD hath done great things for them。
126：3耶和华果然为我们行了大事，我们就欢喜。
The LORD hath done great things for us； whereof we are glad。
126：4耶和华阿，求你使我们被掳的人归回，好像南地的河水复流。
Turn again our captivity； O LORD； as the streams in the south。
126：5流泪撒种的，必欢呼收割。
They that sow in tears shall reap in joy。
126：6那带种流泪出去的，必要欢欢乐乐地带禾捆回来。
He that goeth forth and weepeth； bearing precious seed； shall doubtless e again with rejoicing； bringing his sheaves with him。

127：1（所罗门上行之诗）若不是耶和华建造房屋，建造的人就枉然劳力。若不是耶和华看守城池，看守的人就枉然警醒。
Except the LORD build the house； they labour in vain that build it： except the LORD keep the city； the watchman waketh but in vain。
127：2你们清晨早起，夜晚安歇，吃劳碌得来的饭，本是枉然。惟有耶和华所亲爱的，必叫他安然睡觉。
It is vain for you to rise up early； to sit up late； to eat the bread of sorrows： for so he giveth his beloved sleep。
127：3儿女是耶和华所赐的产业。所怀的胎是他所给的赏赐。
Lo； children are an heritage of the LORD： and the fruit of the womb is his reward。
127：4少年时所生的儿女，好像勇士手中的箭。
As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man； so are children of the youth。
127：5箭袋充满的人便为有福。他们在城门口和仇敌说话的时候，必不至于羞愧。
Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them： they shall not be ashamed； but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate。

128：1（上行之诗）凡敬畏耶和华，遵行他道的人便为有福。
Blessed is every one that feareth the LORD； that walketh in his ways。
128：2你要吃劳碌得来的。你要享福，事情顺利。
For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands： happy shalt thou be； and it shall be well with thee。
128：3你妻子在你的内室，好像多结果子的葡萄树。你儿女围绕你的桌子，好像橄榄栽子。
Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house： thy children like olive plants round about thy table。
128：4看哪，敬畏耶和华的人，必要这样蒙福。
Behold； that thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the LORD。
128：5愿耶和华从锡安赐福给你。愿你一生一世，看见耶路撒冷的好处。
The LORD shall bless thee out of Zion： and thou shalt see the good of Jerusalem all the days of thy life。
128：6愿你看见你儿女的儿女。愿平安归于以色列。
Yea； thou shalt see thy children's children； and peace upon Israel。

129：1（上行之诗）以色列当说，从我幼年以来，敌人屡次苦害我，
Many a time have they afflicted me from my youth； may Israel now say：
129：2从我幼年以来，敌人屡次苦害我，却没有胜了我。
Many a time have they afflicted me from my youth： yet they have not prevailed against me。
129：3如同扶犁的在我背上扶犁而耕，耕的犁沟甚长。
The plowers plowed upon my back： they made long their furrows。
129：4耶和华是公义的。他砍断了恶人的绳索。
The LORD is righteous： he hath cut asunder the cords of the wicked。
129：5愿恨恶锡安的，都蒙羞退后。
Let them all be confounded and turned back that hate Zion。
129：6愿他们像房顶上的草，未长成而枯乾。
Let them be as the grass upon the housetops； which withereth afore it groweth up：
129：7收割的不够一把，捆禾的也不满怀。
Wherewith the mower filleth not his hand； nor he that bindeth sheaves his bosom。
129：8过路的也不说，愿耶和华所赐的福，归与你们。我们奉耶和华的名，给你们祝福。
Neither do they which go by say； The blessing of the LORD be upon you： we bless you in the name of the LORD。

130：1（上行之诗）耶和华阿，我从深处向你求告。
Out of the depths have I cried unto thee； O LORD。
130：2主阿，求你听我的声音。愿你侧耳听我恳求的声音。
Lord； hear my voice： let thine ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications。
130：3主耶和华阿，你若究察罪孽，谁能站得住呢。
If thou； LORD； shouldest mark iniquities； O Lord； who shall stand？
130：4但在你有赦免之恩，要叫人敬畏你。
But there is forgiveness with thee； that thou mayest be feared。
130：5我等候耶和华，我的心等候。我也仰望他的话。
I wait for the LORD； my soul doth wait； and in his word do I hope。
130：6我的心等候主，胜于守夜的，等候天亮，胜于守夜的，等候天亮。
My soul waiteth for the Lord more than they that watch for the morning： I say； more than they that watch for the morning。
130：7以色列阿，你当仰望耶和华。因他有慈爱，有丰盛的救恩。
Let Israel hope in the LORD： for with the LORD there is mercy； and with him is plenteous redemption。
130：8他必救赎以色列脱离一切的罪孽。
And he shall redeem Israel from all his iniquities。

131：1（大卫上行之诗）耶和华阿，我的心不狂傲，我的眼不高大。重大和测不透的事，我也不敢行。
Lord； my heart is not haughty； nor mine eyes lofty： neither do I exercise myself in great matters； or in things too high for me。
131：2我的心平稳安静，好像断过奶的孩子在他母亲的怀中。我的心在我里面真像断过奶的孩子。
Surely I have behaved and quieted myself； as a child that is weaned of his mother： my soul is even as a weaned child。
131：3以色列阿，你当仰望耶和华，从今时直到永远。
Let Israel hope in the LORD from henceforth and for ever。
