73：7他们的眼睛，因体胖而凸出。他们所得的，过于心里所想的。
Their eyes stand out with fatness： they have more than heart could wish。
73：8他们讥笑人，凭恶意说欺压人的话。他们说话自高。
They are corrupt； and speak wickedly concerning oppression： they speak loftily。
73：9他们的口亵渎上天，他们的舌毁谤全地。
They set their mouth against the heavens； and their tongue walketh through the earth。
73：10所以神的民归到这里，喝尽了满杯的苦水。
Therefore his people return hither： and waters of a full cup are wrung out to them。
73：11他们说，神怎能晓得。至高者岂有知识呢。
And they say； How doth God know？ and is there knowledge in the most High？
73：12看哪，这就是恶人。他们既是常享安逸，财宝便加增。
Behold； these are the ungodly； who prosper in the world； they increase in riches。
73：13我实在徒然洁净了我的心，徒然洗手表明无辜。
Verily I have cleansed my heart in vain； and washed my hands in innocency。
73：14因为我终日遭灾难，每早晨受惩治。
For all the day long have I been plagued； and chastened every morning。
73：15我若说，我要这样讲，这就是以奸诈待你的众子。
If I say； I will speak thus； behold； I should offend against the generation of thy children。
73：16我思索怎能明白这事，眼看实系为难。
When I thought to know this； it was too painful for me；
73：17等我进了神的圣所，思想他们的结局。
Until I went into the sanctuary of God； then understood I their end。
73：18你实在把他们安在滑地，使他们掉在沉沦之中。
Surely thou didst set them in slippery places： thou castedst them down into destruction。
73：19他们转眼之间，成了何等的荒凉。他们被惊恐灭尽了。
How are they brought into desolation； as in a moment！ they are utterly consumed with terrors。
73：20人睡醒了怎样看梦，主阿，你醒了，也必照样轻看他们的影像。
As a dream when one awaketh； so； O Lord； when thou awakest； thou shalt despise their image。
73：21因而我心里发酸，肺腑被刺。
Thus my heart was grieved； and I was pricked in my reins。
73：22我这样愚昧无知，在你面前如畜类一般。
So foolish was I； and ignorant： I was as a beast before thee。
73：23然而我常与你同在。你搀着我的右手。
Nevertheless I am continually with thee： thou hast holden me by my right hand。
73：24你要以你的训言引导我，以后必接我到荣耀里。
Thou shalt guide me with thy counsel； and afterward receive me to glory。
73：25除你以外，在天上我有谁呢。除你以外，在地上我也没有所爱慕的。
Whom have I in heaven but thee？ and there is none upon earth that I desire beside thee。
73：26我的肉体，和我的心肠衰残。但神是我心里的力量，又是我的福分，直到永远。
My flesh and my heart faileth： but God is the strength of my heart； and my portion for ever。
73：27远离你的，必要死亡。凡离弃你行邪淫的，你都灭绝了。
For； lo； they that are far from thee shall perish： thou hast destroyed all them that go a whoring from thee。
73：28但我亲近神是与我有益。我以主耶和华为我的避难所，好叫我述说你一切的作为。
But it is good for me to draw near to God： I have put my trust in the Lord GOD； that I may declare all thy works。

74：1（亚萨的训诲诗）神阿，你为何永远丢弃我们呢。你为何向你草场的羊发怒如烟冒出呢。
O God； why hast thou cast us off for ever？ why doth thine anger smoke against the sheep of thy pasture？
74：2求你记念你古时所得来的会众，就是你所赎作你产业支派的。并记念你向来所居住的锡安山。
Remember thy congregation； which thou hast purchased of old； the rod of thine inheritance； which thou hast redeemed； this mount Zion； wherein thou hast dwelt。
74：3求你举步去看那日久荒凉之地，仇敌在圣所中所行的一切恶事。
Lift up thy feet unto the perpetual desolations； even all that the enemy hath done wickedly in the sanctuary。
74：4你的敌人在你会中吼叫。他们竖了自己的旗为记号。
Thine enemies roar in the midst of thy congregations； they set up their ensigns for signs。
74：5他们好像人扬起斧子，砍伐林中的树。
A man was famous according as he had lifted up axes upon the thick trees。
74：6圣所中一切雕刻的，他们现在用斧子锤子打坏了。
But now they break down the carved work thereof at once with axes and hammers。
74：7他们用火焚烧你的圣所，亵渎你名的居所，拆毁到地。
They have cast fire into thy sanctuary； they have defiled by casting down the dwelling place of thy name to the ground。
74：8他们心里说，我们要尽行毁灭，他们就在遍地把神的会所都烧毁了。
They said in their hearts； Let us destroy them together： they have burned up all the synagogues of God in the land。
74：9我们不见我们的标帜。不再有先知。我们内中也没有人知道这灾祸要到几时呢。
We see not our signs： there is no more any prophet： neither is there among us any that knoweth how long。
74：10神阿，敌人辱骂要到几时呢。仇敌亵渎你的名，要到永远吗。
O God； how long shall the adversary reproach？ shall the enemy blaspheme thy name for ever？
74：11你为什么缩回你的右手。求你从怀中伸出来，毁灭他们。
Why withdrawest thou thy hand； even thy right hand？ pluck it out of thy bosom。
74：12神自古以来为我的王，在地上施行拯救。
For God is my King of old； working salvation in the midst of the earth。
74：13你曾用能力将海分开，将水中大鱼的头打破。
Thou didst divide the sea by thy strength： thou brakest the heads of the dragons in the waters。
74：14你曾砸碎鳄鱼的头，把他给旷野的禽兽为食物。（禽兽原文作民）
Thou brakest the heads of leviathan in pieces； and gavest him to be meat to the people inhabiting the wilderness。
74：15你曾分裂磐石，水便成了溪河，你使长流的江河乾了。
Thou didst cleave the fountain and the flood： thou driedst up mighty rivers。
74：16白昼属你，黑夜也属你。亮光和日头，是你所豫备的。
The day is thine； the night also is thine： thou hast prepared the light and the sun。
74：17地的一切疆界，是你所立的。夏天和冬天是你所定的。
Thou hast set all the borders of the earth： thou hast made summer and winter。
74：18耶和华阿，仇敌辱骂，愚顽民亵渎了你的名，求你记念这事。
Remember this； that the enemy hath reproached； O LORD； and that the foolish people have blasphemed thy name。
74：19不要将你班鸠的性命交给野兽。不要永远忘记你困苦人的性命。
O deliver not the soul of thy turtledove unto the multitude of the wicked： forget not the congregation of thy poor for ever。
74：20求你顾念所立的约。因为地上黑暗之处，都满了强暴的居所。
Have respect unto the covenant： for the dark places of the earth are full of the habitations of cruelty。
74：21不要叫受欺压的人蒙羞回去。要叫困苦穷乏的人赞美你的名。
O let not the oppressed return ashamed： let the poor and needy praise thy name。
74：22神阿，求你起来，为自己伸诉。要记念愚顽人怎样终日辱骂你。
Arise； O God； plead thine own cause： remember how the foolish man reproacheth thee daily。
74：23不要忘记你敌人的声音。那起来敌你之人的喧哗时常上升。
Forget not the voice of thine enemies： the tumult of those that rise up against thee increaseth continually。

75：1（亚萨的诗歌，交与伶长，调用休要毁坏）神阿，我们称谢你，我们称谢你，因为你的名相近，人都述说你奇妙的作为。
Unto thee； O God； do we give thanks； unto thee do we give thanks： for that thy name is near thy wondrous works declare。
75：2我到了所定的日期，必按正直施行审判。
When I shall receive the congregation I will judge uprightly。
75：3地和其上的居民，都消化了。我曾立了地的柱子。（细拉）
The earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved： I bear up the pillars of it。 Selah。
75：4我对狂傲人说，不要行事狂傲。对凶恶的人说，不要举角。
I said unto the fools； Deal not foolishly： and to the wicked； Lift not up the horn：
75：5不要把你们的角高举。不要挺着颈项说话。
Lift not up your horn on high： speak not with a stiff neck。
75：6因为高举非从东，非从西，也非从南而来。
For promotion eth neither from the east； nor from the west； nor from the south。
75：7惟有神断定。他使这人降卑，使那人升高。
But God is the judge： he putteth down one； and setteth up another。
75：8耶和华手里有杯。其中的酒起沫。杯内满了搀杂的酒。他倒出来。地上的恶人必都喝这酒的渣滓，而且喝尽。
For in the hand of the LORD there is a cup； and the wine is red； it is full of mixture； and he poureth out of the same： but the dregs thereof； all the wicked of the earth shall wring them out； and drink them。
75：9但我要宣扬，直到永远。我要歌颂雅各的神。
But I will declare for ever； I will sing praises to the God of Jacob。
75：10恶人一切的角，我要砍断。惟有义人的角，必被高举。
