Praise ye the LORD for the avenging of Israel； when the people willingly offered themselves。
5：3君王阿，要听。王子阿，要侧耳而听。我要向耶和华歌唱，我要歌颂耶和华以色列的神。
Hear； O ye kings； give ear； O ye princes； I； even I； will sing unto the LORD； I will sing praise to the LORD God of Israel。
5：4耶和华阿，你从西珥出来，由以东地行走。那时地震天漏，云也落雨。
LORD； when thou wentest out of Seir； when thou marchedst out of the field of Edom； the earth trembled； and the heavens dropped； the clouds also dropped water。
5：5山见耶和华的面就震动，西奈山见耶和华以色列神的面也是如此。
The mountains melted from before the LORD； even that Sinai from before the LORD God of Israel。
5：6在亚拿之子珊迦的时候，又在雅亿的日子，大道无人行走，都是绕道而行。
In the days of Shamgar the son of Anath； in the days of Jael； the highways were unoccupied； and the travellers walked through byways。
5：7以色列中的官长停职，直到我底波拉兴起，等我兴起作以色列的母。
The inhabitants of the villages ceased； they ceased in Israel； until that I Deborah arose； that I arose a mother in Israel。
5：8以色列人选择新神，争战的事就临到城门。那时，以色列四万人中岂能见盾牌枪矛呢。
They chose new gods； then was war in the gates： was there a shield or spear seen among forty thousand in Israel？
5：9我心倾向以色列的首领，他们在民中甘心牺牲自己。你们应当颂赞耶和华。
My heart is toward the governors of Israel； that offered themselves willingly among the people。 Bless ye the LORD。
5：10骑白驴的，坐绣花毯子的，行路的，你们都当传扬。
Speak； ye that ride on white asses； ye that sit in judgment； and walk by the way。
5：11在远离弓箭响声打水之处，人必述说耶和华公义的作为，就是他治理以色列公义的作为。那时耶和华的民下到城门。
They that are delivered from the noise of archers in the places of drawing water； there shall they rehearse the righteous acts of the LORD； even the righteous acts toward the inhabitants of his villages in Israel： then shall the people of the LORD go down to the gates。
5：12底波拉阿，兴起。兴起。你当兴起，兴起，唱歌。亚比挪庵的儿子巴拉阿，你当奋兴，掳掠你的敌人。
Awake； awake； Deborah： awake； awake； utter a song： arise； Barak； and lead thy captivity captive； thou son of Abinoam。
5：13那时有馀剩的贵胄和百姓一同下来。耶和华降临，为我攻击勇士。
Then he made him that remaineth have dominion over the nobles among the people： the LORD made me have dominion over the mighty。
5：14有根本在亚玛力人的地，从以法莲下来的。便雅悯在民中跟随你。有掌权的从玛吉下来。有持杖检点民数的从西布伦下来。
Out of Ephraim was there a root of them against Amalek； after thee； Benjamin； among thy people； out of Machir came down governors； and out of Zebulun they that handle the pen of the writer。
5：15以萨迦的首领与底波拉同来。以萨迦怎样，巴拉也怎样。众人都跟随巴拉冲下平原。在吕便的溪水旁有心中定大志的。
And the princes of Issachar were with Deborah； even Issachar； and also Barak： he was sent on foot into the valley。 For the divisions of Reuben there were great thoughts of heart。
5：16你为何坐在羊圈内听群中吹笛的声音呢。在吕便的溪水旁有心中设大谋的。
Why abodest thou among the sheepfolds； to hear the bleatings of the flocks？ For the divisions of Reuben there were great searchings of heart。
5：17基列人安居在约旦河外。但人为何等在船上。亚设人在海口静坐，在港口安居。
Gilead abode beyond Jordan： and why did Dan remain in ships？ Asher continued on the sea shore； and abode in his breaches。
5：18西布伦人是拚命敢死的。拿弗他利人在田野的高处也是如此。
Zebulun and Naphtali were a people that jeoparded their lives unto the death in the high places of the field。
5：19君王都来争战。那时迦南诸王在米吉多水旁的他纳争战，却未得掳掠银钱。
The kings came and fought； then fought the kings of Canaan in Taanach by the waters of Megiddo； they took no gain of money。
5：20星宿从天上争战，从其轨道攻击西西拉。
They fought from heaven； the stars in their courses fought against Sisera。
5：21基顺古河把敌人冲没。我的灵阿，应当努力前行。
The river of Kishon swept them away； that ancient river； the river Kishon。 O my soul； thou hast trodden down strength。
5：22那时壮马驰驱，踢跳，奔腾。
Then were the horsehoofs broken by the means of the pransings； the pransings of their mighty ones。
5：23耶和华的使者说，应当咒诅米罗斯，大大咒诅其中的居民。因为他们不来帮助耶和华，不来帮助耶和华攻击勇士。
Curse ye Meroz； said the angel of the LORD； curse ye bitterly the inhabitants thereof； because they came not to the help of the LORD； to the help of the LORD against the mighty。
5：24愿基尼人希百的妻雅亿比众妇人多得福气，比住帐棚的妇人更蒙福祉。
Blessed above women shall Jael the wife of Heber the Kenite be； blessed shall she be above women in the tent。
5：25西西拉求水，雅亿给他奶子，用宝贵的盘子给他奶油。
He asked water； and she gave him milk； she brought forth butter in a lordly dish。
5：26雅亿左手拿着帐棚的橛子，右手拿着匠人的锤子，击打西西拉，打伤他的头，把他的鬓角打破穿通。
She put her hand to the nail； and her right hand to the workmen's hammer； and with the hammer she smote Sisera； she smote off his head； when she had pierced and stricken through his temples。
5：27西西拉在她脚前曲身仆倒，在她脚前曲身倒卧。在那里曲身，就在那里死亡。
At her feet he bowed； he fell； he lay down： at her feet he bowed； he fell： where he bowed； there he fell down dead。
5：28西西拉的母亲从窗户里往外观看，从窗棂中呼叫说，他的战车为何耽延不来呢。他的车轮为何行得慢呢。
The mother of Sisera looked out at a window； and cried through the lattice； Why is his chariot so long in ing？ why tarry the wheels of his chariots？
5：29聪明的宫女安慰她（原文作回答她），她也自言自语地说，
Her wise ladies answered her； yea； she returned answer to herself；
5：30他们莫非得财而分。每人得了一两个女子。西西拉得了彩衣为掳物，得绣花的彩衣为掠物。这彩衣两面绣花，乃是披在被掳之人颈项上的。
Have they not sped？ have they not divided the prey； to every man a damsel or two； to Sisera a prey of divers colours； a prey of divers colours of needlework； of divers colours of needlework on both sides； meet for the necks of them that take the spoil？
5：31耶和华阿，愿你的仇敌都这样灭亡。愿爱你的人如日头出现，光辉烈烈。这样，国中太平四十年。
So let all thine enemies perish； O LORD： but let them that love him be as the sun when he goeth forth in his might。 And the land had rest forty years。

6：1以色列人又行耶和华眼中看为恶的事，耶和华就把他们交在米甸人手里七年。
And the children of Israel did evil in the sight of the LORD： and the LORD delivered them into the hand of Midian seven years。
6：2米甸人压制以色列人。以色列人因为米甸人，就在山中挖穴，挖洞，建造营寨。
And the hand of Midian prevailed against Israel： and because of the Midianites the children of Israel made them the dens which are in the mountains； and caves； and strong holds。
6：3以色列人每逢撒种之后，米甸人，亚玛力人，和东方人都上来攻打他们，
And so it was； when Israel had sown； that the Midianites came up； and the Amalekites； and the children of the east； even they came up against them；
6：4对着他们安营，毁坏土产，直到迦萨，没有给以色列人留下食物，牛，羊，驴也没有留下。
And they encamped against them； and destroyed the increase of the earth； till thou e unto Gaza； and left no sustenance for Israel； neither sheep； nor ox； nor ass。
6：5因为那些人带着牲畜帐棚来，像蝗虫那样多，人和骆驼无数，都进入国内，毁坏全地。
For they came up with their cattle and their tents； and they came as grasshoppers for multitude； for both they and their camels were without number： and they entered into the land to destroy it。
6：6以色列人因米甸人的缘故，极其穷乏，就呼求耶和华。
And Israel was greatly impoverished because of the Midianites； and the children of Israel cried unto the LORD。
6：7以色列人因米甸人的缘故，呼求耶和华，
And it came to pass； when the children of Israel cried unto the LORD because of the Midianites；
6：8耶和华就差遣先知到以色列人那里，对他们说，耶和华以色列的神如此说，我曾领你们从埃及上来，出了为奴之家，
That the LORD sent a prophet unto the children of Israel； which said unto them； Thus saith the LORD God of Israel； I brought you up from Egypt； and brought you forth out of the house of bondage；
6：9救你们脱离埃及人的手，并脱离一切欺压你们之人的手，把他们从你们面前赶出，将他们的地赐给你们。
And I delivered you out of the hand of the Egypti
